Sheila Holley is a strategic HR and risk leader with over 15 years of experience partnering with founders and executive teams across construction, med-tech, and growth-stage organizations. Her work focuses on expanding leadership capacity, strengthening people systems, and reducing organizational risk during periods of growth and change.

A core focus of Sheila’s work is developing leaders and leveling up management capability. She has built manager frameworks, coached leaders at multiple levels, and supported executive teams in strengthening decision-making, accountability, and people leadership effectiveness.

Will has led OSHA compliance initiatives, supported audit readiness, and partnered with leadership teams to strengthen safety accountability across job sites and operations. His work helps organizations reduce exposure while creating safer, more disciplined work environments.
